Importer and distillery carefully selected the casks to use for the third version of single cask series. Trois Rivieres Distillery is located along the coastal street in southern part of Martinique Island. The French word Trois Rivieres means “three rivers”. It is named after three rivers that run through 120 hectares of field they own.

Trois Rivieres’ field is divided roughly in 4 sections. “Ceron”, “Pimentade”, “Oman” and “Siberan” are the name of four sections and each terroir is different; the taste of sugar cane differs accordingly.

Siberan is the name of the field located on the hill. Comparing with other sections it has more woodiness as characteristic. The taste is rather dry with astringency of wood.
