Distillery Saint James was founded in San Pierre, Martinique in 1765. The trademark was registered in 1882 and famous for using the first square bottle in the world.

Later on, after the eruption of Mount Pelée the distillery was moved to Saint-Marie. Comparing with other Martinique rum brands they offer more different types of rum that are made of high graded sugarcanes cultivated in rich volcanic ash soil. They have won many gold prizes in world competitions.

White rum with fresh flavor and citrus refreshing fragrance is soft and sensitive. A light kind of rum with a faint fruitiness.
