
First, squeeze and extract 10 cc lemon juice.

Add 30 cc of Havana Club 3 years old.

Add fair amount of spear mint leaves. (Key: Do not smash mint leaves)

Add one tea spoon of Trois Rivieres syrup.

Stir lightly so that the flavors get well mixed.

Put one cube ice so that the mint doesn't come up to the surface.

Pour in soda quietly so that fizziness doesn't escape.

Stir until it reaches the proper temperature.

Add one table spoon sugar that is hard to melt.

Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, put straw and ready to serve.
