Plain cocktail – Mojito, as it really is.

Mojito is a famous cocktail for being loved by the great writer Hemingway. It is also famous in Japan for its fashionable and gorgeous image based on the movie “007 Die Another Day” or TV series “Miami Vice”.

However real Mojito is not something special. In the country of origin Cuba, people take it easily in cafes, bars, hotel lounges and restaurants day and night in many different occasions.

The annual average temperature in Cuba is over 25 centigrade but the weather is pleasant even during the summertime due to the northeast trade wind.
