Marie-galante Island is a small island of only 15 km in diameter with extension of 150 hectares and their main industry is production of rum. Their rum is different from that of Martinique. Bielle is one of the distilleries.
Rum of Bielle famous for blanc is aged in bourbon casks for 9 years. Thick but refreshing, bold but sensitive with aromatic and smooth deep flavor.
It is rather sour and refreshness of herb and green grass is felt with firm aftertaste of vanilla. It is a peculiar type of rum.
