Ron is made in northern Peru. XO is a high-graded rum blending rum of over 20 years old made from sugarcane cultivated in highland of over 1,800 meters sea level. The taste is sweeter than normal rum since the boiling point of distillation in highland is low.
Besides, for the solera system deep body and mellowness is added giving gentleness and elegance to the completion. High-graded fragrance is felt from the glass and maple syrup and cacao-like flavor expand in the mouth.
